Accreditation

Secure your accreditation for InterTabac 2025 now and receive exclusive access to all press-relevant areas of the trade fair. Admission is free of charge for registered media representatives.

Accreditation is not yet possible. You will be informed here as soon as the press store opens.

Here you will find all relevant information about the press conference and the roundtable.

As a trade fair organizer, we want to make it easier for journalists to access information about our events and our company with the help of accreditation. Accreditation is granted solely for the purpose of journalistic reporting.

Media accreditation can be obtained by

Persons from Germany or abroad who can prove their journalistic (also photo-journalistic) activity (with reference to the respective trade fair topic) as follows:

a. by submitting name articles that are not older than six months at the time of the event,

b. by submitting an imprint in which they are named as editors, permanent editorial staff or authors and which is not older than three months at the time of the event,

c. by submitting a written order from a full editorial office in the original with reference to the current trade fair,

d. by means of a web link to an online publication that is established in the respective industry community and has an appropriate reach. In these cases, prior accreditation is required due to the increased examination effort. Such online media must have existed for at least three months, have regular entries and the last text relating to the trade fair topic must not be more than three months old. (In individual cases, there may be separate, more detailed accreditation rules for bloggers and a separate status for bloggers).

e. by presenting proof that they have been working for school newspapers for no more than six months, or by presenting a valid ID card from a youth press organization, or by presenting written confirmation from the school confirming their editorial work for the school newspaper.

f. Holders of a valid press card from a domestic or foreign journalists’ association.

We would like to point out that the presentation of a press card is generally not the sole basis for accreditation. The trade fair organizer reserves the right to request further proof of journalistic activity in accordance with points a – e.

The identification documents should be presented in German or English. In individual cases, the trade fair organizer reserves the right to additionally request the presentation of a valid identity document with a photograph. There is no right to accreditation. If necessary, the trade fair organizer will make use of its domiciliary rights.

The following groups of persons are not accredited:

People who are only privately active on social networks

Persons without journalistic credentials, such as account managers, sales managers, advertising managers or webmasters, PR consultants and private companions

Germans resident in Germany who present a foreign press card

Persons who submit a written assignment from a freelance journalist

All general parking spaces in the vicinity of the halls are available for media representatives.
