InterTabac 2018 will start shortly
InterTabac, the world’s flagship trade fair, will take place shortly. More than 12,000 trade visitors are expected to come to the Dortmund Exhibition Centre from 21 to 23 September. The Organiser points out some organisational details concerning arrival and admission. That includes the request for visitors to register during the run-up to the world’s largest trade fair for tobacco products and smoking accessories.
Trade visitors benefit if they register in advance on the Internet (www.intertabac.de or www.intersupply.de). They can then print out their ticket at home and save queuing time, which they can better use for valuable talks at InterTabac and the co-located InterSupply trade fair.
Trade visitors can also consider using a new entrance to the trade fair. Besides the North and West entrances, the main entrance to the Westfalenhalle event arena will also be open for the first time because the event arena is integrated into the InterTabac trade fair for the first time and, together with Halls 2 and 3A, provides an even larger exhibition area for the Next Generation Products segment. Visitors who primarily come to the trade fair for this product segment, should therefore choose the entrance to the Westfalenhalle event arena. InterTabac will also occupy Halls 4 to 8, and the InterSupply trade fair for the production of tobacco goods and e-cigarettes will take place in Hall 3B.
Besides many well-known major players in the Next Generation Products segment, there will also be numerous first-time exhibitors who are offered sufficient exhibition space by the extended exhibition area. Such first-timers include, for example, Fair Vape, Fantasy Lab Venture, FirstSwissVentures, Gorwood, Jori Group, Pure Flavour, Sarl VDLV, Shenzhen Kamry Technology, Trustcon and Vapr electronic Cigarettes. In 2017, 65 per cent of the InterTabac exhibitors came from abroad and it is already apparent that the trade fair will again be very international this year.
