Daniel has over 30 years’ experience in system development, project management, and senior IT leadership, with the past 20 years focused on product authentication, traceability, and supply‑chain visibility. At British American Tobacco, he held senior IT roles including Group PMO and Programme Manager, leading the global track‑and‑trace programme to meet regulatory requirements such as the EU TPD.

More recently, he has delivered track‑and‑trace solutions across the tobacco and wider FMCG sectors as a senior manager within leading T&T providers. This gives him practical insight into how organisations can meet evolving regulatory demands while managing the associated cost and operational complexity.
